Then I decided to take up running to promote good health... shortly after I went under the knife for knee surgery. So now I mountain bike and take walks with the wife and kids. So far, so good...

Has it really been almost 20 years?
Although I haven't lived in Cincinnati since I went away to college, I still miss it. Actually, I haven't been back since my Dad passed away in 2005. After moving around for several years, I've finally settled in Virginia. I hope to see everyone next year!
